The Controller reports to the President and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial systems to support a growth-oriented construction management organization. In addition to assisting others on the management team, the Controller will support the senior management in decision analysis, cash management, information technology, human resources, project accounting and financial reporting for the company. Reporting to the Controller will be a small staff of professionals and other support personnel for the company.
-Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA, or persons with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
-Seven to ten years of experience in a key financial role in a construction/project-based organization is required.
