Mission

Create a world-class HR function at Quasius Construction; Lead recruiting and developing talent, create an environment for high-performance teams and individuals to thrive, and position the company to serve our clients with the highest quality building services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic HR plan that aligns with and supports company objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plan that provides an exciting, candidate-centric recruiting and onboarding experience.
  • Create and implement a program for leadership development.
  • Lead our One Quasius initiative to preserve and strengthen our company culture.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and management on labor law, policy, and compliance.
  • Manage and oversee all general HR activities, including:
    • Recruitment, onboarding, and retention
    • Compensation, rewards, benefits, and recognition
    • Learning and development
    • Communication and change management
  • Partner with our Safety Director to manage safety records

Position Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in human resources, business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of HR management level experience
  • HR certifications preferred.
  • Experience interpreting work style and personality assessments (DISC)
  • Foundational experience working with payroll, benefits, and other human resource functions.

  • Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking ability
  • Must have ability to manage confidential information.

Other

  • Daily office attendance is required (this is not a remote position)
  • Travel requirements minimal
