Quasius Construction is proud to celebrate the grand opening of the Village of Grafton Park Pavilion at Veterans Memorial Park — a beautiful new community space designed to serve residents year-round and enhance one of Grafton’s most treasured gathering places.
A New Hub for Community Connection
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the new park pavilion, a 3,300 sq. ft. heated facility featuring a welcoming, open-concept community room, modern serving area, and upgraded restrooms. Outside, an additional 1,800 sq. ft. covered shelter provides space for events in every season, complete with a warm tongue-and-groove wood ceiling that complements the pavilion’s stone exterior and scenic park surroundings.
This project reflects the Village’s commitment to creating spaces where families and community members can come together — whether for celebrations, recreation, or local events.
Collaboration and Craftsmanship
Quasius Construction was honored to partner with the Village of Grafton Parks and Recreation Department, Parkitecture + Planning, One Design – Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Iconica of Madison to bring this vision to life. From planning and coordination through final construction, the team worked together to deliver a durable, flexible, and aesthetically striking pavilion designed for generations of use.
