Fredonia Fire Station

Fredonia Fire Station

Quasius Construction was contracted for construction management of the 15,000 sq.ft. masonry addition to the Village of Fredonia Fire Station. Quasius saw the project through from pre-construction design review and budgeting to site construction, management, and close-out. During the pre-construction phase, Quasius provided information for Fredonia’s officials to make a confident decision to add and remodel rather than constructing an entirely new building. This information saved the Fire Department from having to consume a green site and reduced the cost of the project by $1.5 million.

“I have experience working with several construction companies in my regular full-time career as a facilities manager for a large healthcare organization, but I have never seen a team assembled specifically to fit the needs of with experience in the fire and EMS operations quite like this project.”
