Tannery Falls Apartments

Quasius Construction oversaw the new construction of the Tannery Falls Apartments Project in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. The new building pays tribute to the downtown Sheboygan Falls neighborhood with a prominent brick exterior that matches the aesthetics of this historical area. The new 71-unit apartment building features 45 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom apartments as well as communal amenities such as a fitness room, dog wash room, community room, and two exterior community patios. Located next to Settler’s Park and directly on the Sheboygan River, there is plenty of natural beauty to take in at the Tannery Falls Apartments.
