Viking Masek
Quasius Construction oversaw the expansion of Viking Masek’s office and warehouse as well as the conversion of their existing warehouse to production spaces in Oostburg, Wisconsin. The newly expanded office includes open offices, private offices, flexible collaboration spaces, a 2,600 square foot pub-themed breakroom, and the latest in workspace technology such as USB port integration and sound masking systems.
Project Details
The new warehouse addition includes 21,000 square feet of warehouse space, as well as a 1,300 square foot fitness center and 1,500 square feet of staff workstations. The existing warehouse was renovated with new lighting and power to accommodate production machines as well as new HVAC systems to provide a comfortable working environment.
