Months before remodeling, Quasius and Entourage ownership met to determine designs, logistics, and the project's overall scope, agreeing that the salon could not be closed for more than a week to maintain integrity and client workflow. A timeline was determined months before to give Entourage ample time to plan accordingly. This tight turnaround was made possible with enough notice and dedicated crews working through the job, taking two weekends to finish the entire project.
