BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS SINCE 1891
Quasius became involved early in the design phase as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for Lincoln Erdman Elementary School’s 8,000-square-foot addition and remodel project. Quasius estimated pre-construction budgeting and value engineering, managing all construction coordination and project close-out. Quasius’ responsibilities included selective demolition, concrete foundations, masonry, and carpentry.
