On Thursday, August 18, Quasius hosted its 2nd Annual Safety Olympics event. This company wide event had field and office employees participating in safety-related competitions and demonstrations put on by Quasius, 3M Hilti Tools, Sunbelt Rentals, Verona Safety, and Zoll. Seven teams competed in this year’s Safety Olympics and the winning team was determined by a safety-related quiz.

After the competition portion of the event was completed, Quasius employees and event sponsors enjoyed a meal from Parker John’s which was followed by a raffle. The featured raffle items included a Yeti cooler, polarized sunglasses, an air compressor, a RC Rover cooler, radio, and a variety of gift cards.

“Our second annual Safety Olympics was a great event. With table sponsors from 3M, Hilti, Zoll, Sunbelt, and Verona Safety, as well as some unique stations set up and run by our committee members, we were able to provide an excellent day of training that benefited both our field and office staffs while also providing a fun afternoon of team building” said Safety Director Scott Quasius.
