Mission:

The mission of the Marketing Director is to plan and implement Quasius’ advertising,
marketing, and communications programs to build brand awareness and increase lead
generation. Additionally, they will support all internal communication initiatives and manage
Quasius’ CRM platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate effective marketing of the company’s brand and services by:

  1. Developing and cultivating relationships with design consultants to gain referrals and identify strategic partners for design-build contracts.
  2. Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients to position the company as their preferred service provider.
  3. Understanding Quasius client programs comprehensively, effectively articulating how Quasius’ services best align with their company’s needs and values.
  4. Collaborating with the chief (senior) estimator and company leadership to identify, propose, and contract new work opportunities that are consistent with the overall company goals.
  5. Working with the Project Managers, VP of Operations, and the Director of Project Development to craft compelling proposals showcasing Quasius Construction’s strengths, advantages, operational processes, and record of success to influence clients to select Quasius as their preferred service provider.
  6. Utilizing professional associations, trade groups, community organizations, and other stakeholders to build personal networks of influence that enhance brand recognition strategically. Maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify Quasius’ messaging and reach new audiences.
  7. Identifying and securing new project leads and potential markets by sourcing and researching organizations, individuals, industry, and related events, publications, and announcements.
  8. Developing and implementing tactical marketing plans and comprehensive advertising strategies to promote Quasius’ brand, products, and services, including facilitating the production of branding materials, like brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional items, and overseeing print and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring cohesion with brand guidelines to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Preparing and administering Quasius’ marketing budget, verifying efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  10. Maintaining and improving the process for sharing company project updates and culture-affirming content, leveraging social networking visibility and engagement through scheduled posts and agile activity on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  11. Control Quasius’ online presence by creating, managing, and driving brand content and project pictures for the corporate website to integrate public-facing brand visuals that are current, relevant, and reflect all other outreach activities.
  12. Lead internal communication initiatives, including employee newsletters, company announcements, and other events, to foster cultural alignment and engagement across the organization.
  13. Observe industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications, providing innovative recommendations for continuous improvement.


Position Background Requirements:

1) Degree level education Preferred: Marketing, Construction, Engineering.
2) 5 + Years of experience in Procurement/Engineering, Marketing, Construction, Engineering
3) High level of motivation
4) Stable employment history
5) Initiative-taking, self-aware, team-oriented, knowledgeable, reliable, organized
and hard-working
6) Outstanding written and oral communicator
7) Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Compensation:

1) Starting salary based on experience
2) Year-end bonus plan
